At Supreme Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home investment. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized white-glove logistics team will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient time for item inspection and pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
